Navarra llega a Barcelona de la mano de cinco cocineros de prestigio y embajadores de la gastronomía de temporada
Reyno Gourmet, junto con Turismo de Navarra, han organizado un cóctel para presentar la gastronomía de temporada y las experiencias de turismo gastronómico de Navarra
El cóctel será laborado por los cocineros catalanes Xavier Pellicer (Xavier Pellicer*), Artur Martínez (Aürt*) y Jordi Vilà (Colmado Múrria) y los chefs navarros Javier Díaz (Alhambra) y Leandro Gil (La Biblioteca*), de Pamplona. Todos ellos reconocidos por sus elaboraciones con verduras.
