Taller de degustación de la DOP queso Roncal, DOP queso idiazabal y queso de cabra en la escuela de cocina MOM Culinary Institute, escuela de formación profesional integral en el área de hostelería y restauración.
Se aprenderá a conocer todo lo relacionado con el queso, su origen, la materia prima, las técnicas de elaboración y las características organolépticas. Al final se realizará un maridaje con vinos de la Denominación de Origen Navarra
