Se mezcla el agua con el azúcar hasta llevar la ebullición y se retira del fuego. Tras este paso se cortan los Pimientos del Piquillo de Lodosa en pequeños cuadraditos, se añade el almíbar y se pochan los Pimientos del Piquillo de Lodosa a fuego lento. Se deja reducir hasta que toma consistencia de mermelada. Se deja enfrían y listo para disfrutar
